Founder, Charu Mathur conducted an interactive session on the topic ‘Mind what you do online’ at RYLA (Rotary Youth leadership program) for 100 students from 5 Colleges of Pune organized by Rotary Club of Pune Downtown. The target audience, in a few years from now, would be seeking careers or admissions in institutes for higher studies, in a world, which is becoming highly digital in all spheres. The ‘Digital Natives’, as this generation is popularly known as, are natural and prolific users of the Internet, and leave indelible digital footprints of all their activities. '21st Century Master Trainers' Batch III from VPMS Pune, VPMS Lohegaon and DES School,sucessfully completed the program and did an internship on ‘Innovative Teaching Strategies for 21st Century Classrooms’ in Mata Ramabai Ambedkar School, Chikkalwadi, Pune. They motivated 30 more teachers to change their teaching methodologies to engage students more effectively and shift their focus from 'teaching' to 'learning'.

Founder, charu Mathur, conducted a session for the teachers of BAPS SwaminarayanVidyamandir Girls Residential School,Ahmedabad on 'Bridging the gap between how students live and they learn in 21st Century'. This school is run by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha (same organization which runs Akshardham & also a number of schools in Gandhinagar, Delhi, London, New York ).

Charu Mathur, Founder, Socrates Foundation, was selected to attend a conference in April 2017 - ’Building Bridges through Exchanges - Strengthening the US-India Partnership’ organised by US Embassy, India to celebrate Alumni of US Governments’ sponsored exchange programs from India and Bhutan. Mary Kay Carlson, US Charge-d’- Affaires, hosted a reception for the alumni group at the Roosevelt House.

Back 2 School - A joy of life’ program was organized in July 2017 by Maheshwari Professional Foundation and Rotary Club of Pune Downtown to help adults relearn and upgrade their knowledge. Charu Mathur was invited to talk about opportunities and threats around use of technology by kids and parenting strategies for the ‘Digital Natives’.
